This disclaimer is published in advance so that its terms are available before launch; it will govern all access to and use of the Procurement Platform once it goes live. Nothing on this page or elsewhere on this website constitutes an offer, a solicitation, or a commitment to buy, sell, supply, or broker any product, system, or service.

1. Purpose & Nature of the Platform

When operational, the Procurement Platform is intended to help connect vetted, authorized buyers with vetted suppliers of defense and dual-use systems and to streamline related sourcing activity. It is an information and facilitation tool only. Iron Shield Systems is not a party to, and does not guarantee, any transaction, contract, price, availability, delivery, or outcome between users, and does not act as an agent, broker, or fiduciary for any user unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.

2. Eligibility & Authorized Users

Access will be limited to eligible, verified organizations — such as governments and the end-users and suppliers they authorize — subject to registration, vetting, and approval. Access may be refused, suspended, or withdrawn at Iron Shield’s sole discretion. The Procurement Platform is intended for lawful, authorized audiences only and is not open to the general public.

2a. Export Control, Sanctions & End-Use

All activity conducted through the Procurement Platform is subject to applicable export-control, defense-trade, and sanctions laws in every relevant jurisdiction. Any prospective supply relationship is conditional on documented end-user and end-use verification, written assurances, screening against sanctions, embargo, and denied-party frameworks, and all required governmental authorizations. Users are solely responsible for their own compliance, and no listing, message, or introduction on the Procurement Platform should be treated as authorization to proceed.

3. No Warranty

When available, the Procurement Platform and all content, listings, and information on it will be provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, quality, legality, availability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. Listings and information may originate from third parties that Iron Shield does not control and does not independently verify.

4. Third-Party Content & Conduct

Iron Shield is not responsible for the content, offers, representations, conduct, or performance of any buyer, supplier, or other third party using the Procurement Platform. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any relationship or transaction.

5. No Controlled or Export-Restricted Data

You agree not to submit controlled, classified, or export-restricted technical data through this website or, once live, through the Procurement Platform except through channels and authorizations expressly designated for that purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Shield Systems and its affiliates, partners, and personnel disclaim all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or related to access to, use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Procurement Platform, including any transaction or dealing between users.

7. Availability & Changes

The Procurement Platform is offered at Iron Shield Systems’ sole discretion and its features, terms, and availability may be developed, modified, delayed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice. This disclaimer may be updated before or after launch; the “last updated” date above will reflect material changes.
